Yesterday we visited the Christmas Market at Historic Properties in Halifax. It was the very last day of the market and I was so happy that we got the chance to check it out before it was closed for the year. Although it was absolutely freezing and I was not prepared for the weather, both in my clothing choices and in mental preparedness, I had a really great time walking the streets of Downtown Halifax and enjoying the Christmas trees and lights at Historic Properties (Jamie and I even snuck a kiss under some “Mistletoe”). Funny enough, I REALLY wanted a wreath and was positive that I’d be able to find one at the market…my sisters and Jamie both thought otherwise but I was determined. It was just my luck that when we walked outside from the market there was a huge barrel of wreaths just left hanging all alone and I was so thrilled!
