I’m still up on cloud nine after our winter wonderland inspired baby shower this past weekend. In Nova Scotia, Covid cases are rising, but previous to last week we were doing very well. Jamie and I still felt confident that a shower with under 12 people was okay to proceed with and so we did. I may not feel this way in the coming weeks, but for last weekend, everything felt safe (or as safe as it could). Anyway! Before I share the full details of our shower next week, I wanted to share what I wore to it because I truly loved my outfit. In all honestly, I haven’t felt as confident with my body this pregnancy as I did during my last (maybe it’s because I felt like I was just starting to feel like myself again before becoming pregnant for the second time). However, slipping into this outfit and putting extra effort into my hair and makeup made me feel beautiful, which was something to celebrate. This dress was a great find from Aritzia. It’s a classic colour and fit and will work just as well after baby as it does with a bump. The accessories are from BHLDN and I can’t get enough of the glitzy hairpiece and fun bow slides.
