Lately, I’ve found myself looking forward to the change in season. With stores slowly rolling out fall trends, I’ve become excited to begin curating my fall wardrobe for next season. But then I stop and remind myself that there’s still a little over 2 months left of summer weather and I should probably take advantage of summer dressing while I can. The weather has been hot, hot, hot here in Toronto so I’ve been sticking with light, flowy pieces that have special details like this skirt and top combination. I love everything from the floral print of the skirt to the button up detail and the peasant blouse is unlike anything I have in my closet currently. While I don’t necessarily think that I’d be able to get away with the blouse in the fall, I can totally see the skirt paired with a light sweater and closed toe pumps.
