Something I rarely gravitate towards in the summertime is pants, especially a navy pantsuit for that matter. So If you’re shocked to see me in something other than a summery dress, frilly skirt, or shorts, then you are not alone in your feelings, my friend. I surprised even myself last week when I fell in love with this navy shirt and pants combo from Joe Fresh. The cut was well suited for my petite frame, the pants fell perfectly above my ankles, no hemming required, and every other element of the pants and top hit me in all the right places. Though the colour is dark, the hot pink piping adds a playful, summery element that I just couldn’t resist. And the price? It just could not be beaten for under $60! This is a look that I see myself wearing on cooler summer days, for meetings, and the evenings to events or on date night with higher, single strap heels. Not that I want to look too far ahead just yet, but this outfit is also a great option to bring into the fall as it can be worn together or separately.
