Pink and Pearled

Happy Monday friends! How was everyone’s weekend? As you’re reading this I am away on a little gals trip at St. Anne’s Spa and Resort which is a far cry from the migraine meets throwing up situation I was in on Friday night. I was so scared that I wasn’t going to be able to make it on the trip after feeling so awful but thankfully, Saturday was met with just a small amount of nausea. By Sunday I was feeling better and ready to head to the spa! This outfit was one that I pulled together on Saturday afternoon for some errand running with Jamie. We didn’t have too much to do besides picking up my new pink poinsettia (I say “my” because obviously, Jamie didn’t have a choice in the colour, haha!) and grabbing a few groceries, so I layered lightly with the prettiest pink sweater and wool coat from last year. Lately, I’ve found myself adding fun details to most of my outfits and this one is no exception. From the pearl embossed jeans to the bow earrings, and ribbon tied heels, there are so many unexpected and might I add, feminine, details happening here.d
