You know what they say, “when life gives you lemons, make lemonade”. Or in my case, buy a bright yellow dress and a cup of freshly squeezed lemonade to go with it. There’s something about the colour yellow that is an instant mood booster. Putting on the colour yellow is comparable to how I feel when the sunshine comes out and even though this week hasn’t been the easiest, this flirty yellow dress gave me the boost of confidence and sunshine I needed to power through. Sometimes all you really need is a bright yellow dress and a sip of tart lemonade.
