Hey friends! Long time no blog post – this is officially the longest hiatus I’ve ever taken. I had every intention of publishing holiday gift guides and content, but life got in the way and I fell off the blogging wagon. Plus, I’ve been going through a bit of an identity crisis this past year and feel the need to revamp “The Blondielocks” into something that truly reflects me. I’m just not connecting with the name like I used to and am thinking about revamping my whole online presence and name. It may be a slow process as I have a lot on my plate – being a mom and opening a yoga and wellness studio keep me pretty busy. But rest assured, I’m still here with big dreams and plans for the future of this space. And if I’m MIA, you can always catch me on Instagram.
Now, let’s talk about something I’m excited to share – these photos! Shaeline Faith Photography captured some amazing candid shots of our family back in November. She used a mix of film and digital and really captured our essence. We shot at Sidekick Café in Halifax, where the boys had a blast playing peek-a-boo on the stairs and posing for the camera. Eller, as always, was a total sweetheart and went around giving everyone hugs. We also snapped a few photos outside that turned out so natural and “us.”
Today is Valentine’s Day, and we celebrated by decorating the kids’ table with V-Day decor, presents, and books. We made heart-shaped waffles and strawberries that were a hit with everyone. I hope you all have a wonderful Valentine’s Day too!
