Happy Monday friends! We’re currently on our way back to Toronto from Halifax and my outfit situation right now is nowhere near this, haha! As I mentioned, we were in Halifax for my Aunts wedding this weekend which ended up being so much fun. I’d never been a maid of honor at a wedding before this and I just loved standing with her on her big day and being able to sign her marriage license…I felt so privileged! When we arrived in Halifax, I realized that I’d totally forgotten to bring anything even remotely dressy, so I decided to pop into the newly opened Zara (go Halifax) to pick up something cute and affordable. I spotted this moody fall floral what I thought was a dress, but then realized after purchasing it and trying it on at home, a romper, without hesitation. I love the almost wallpaper style florals against the black backdrop the the swingy oversized feel. You’d never know that this is a romper either! I actually ended up wearing this twice this past week for both my aunt’s wedding rehearsal and dinner with a couple of friends. First, I paired it with these leopard heels for dinner and then with my over the knee boots for the rehearsal which I found worked really well with this dress romper and will be a perfect combo once the colder weather hits.
