Ever since chopping my bangs a couple of months ago I have been experimenting with hairstyles that I find suit by new do’.
I have been meaning to write this post for about a month now but my old curling iron recently crapped out on me (it caused a piece of my hair to singe off) so I had to put this post on that back burner (pun-intended). Thankfully T3, a brand that I have wanted to try forever, was kind enough to send me a new curling iron (that has 3 interchangeable barrels!) and the best hair dryer I have ever used, putting my old crappy curling iron to shame. These 3 hairstyles I’m about to show you look amazing with bangs but I’m sure they would look equally as good without. The beauty with all 3 of them is that they literally tack on an extra 5 minutes to already styled hair, making them ideal for a quick change-up before a holiday party.
All of these looks were styled using the T3 Featherweight Luxe 2i Hair Dryer and the T3 Whirl Trio with the largest barrel setting for big, voluminous waves.
Style #1: Half Up with Gold Bobby Pins
Step 1: Using your fingers or a comb, gently brush back 1/4-1/2 of your hair. Bring your hands underneath your hair to lift up your ponytail and secure it with a clear elastic.
Step 2: Once the hair elastic is secure, use your hands to gently tug upwards at the top of the ponytail. This will create some volume at the crown.
Step 3: Secure a few gold bobby pins in a straight, stacked manner where the hair elastic lands to create an unexpected pop of sparkle. In the photo below you can still see my hair elastic but you can cover that up with more bobby pins if you like.

Style #2 Simple and sophisticated wavy ponytail
Step 1: This look really couldn’t be simpler if it tried. After curling your hair with a large barrel curling iron, simply brush it back with your fingers and secure it at medium height with a clear hair elastic. Tug and tighten slowly at the top to create some volume at the crown.

Style #3 Boho Braid Flip
Step 1: Take 2 medium sections of hair from the front of your face connect them under your chin into 3 sections.
Step 2: Braid the 3 sections and secure with a clear hair elastic.
Step 3: Holding the tip of the braid bring it up and around your head until it lats flat in the back.
Step 4: Gently pull some of the braid to make it look thicker and fuller.
