Earlier this week I was on the street car with my sister on our way home when the most adorable little girls and their dad got on the car and sat behind us. Of course, they were asking all sorts of very important questions as little girls do. One in particular centred around napping and how she can’t possibly nap now because her sister had awoken her. His response to his daughter about getting back to her nap was so sweet…he said “all anyone can do in life is try…unless you’re Yoda.” I know it might sound silly and although his words weren’t directed to me I think that I actually needed to hear that this week. After I posted about my year long battle with acne a few days ago via Instagram I received so many thoughtful comments from people who have face similar situations and who truly wanted to offer me up remedies that helped them. I realize that I might have a long blemish battle ahead but that won’t stop me from trying…and that really is all anyone can do. Have a great weekend everyone, see you Monday.
