Today is a day to dress up in pink and share the love, whether it is with a boyfriend or girlfriend or with your family or friends. Spending time together and showing the people closest in your life that you love them is the main reason for Valentines Day. Although my boyfriend and I had decided not to get each other gifts this year, in true Jamie fashion he surprised me with breakfast in bed alla red velvet pancakes and roses. It totally reminded me of the scene in the movie The Vow when Rachel McAdams says that “I will agree to disagree on red velvet cake.” Tonight we are making dinner together and playing Monopoly (another present from him), and I couldn’t be more happy with that plan.
