{The Bright lights outside the Christmas Market in the Distillery District.}
I have been in Halifax for less than a week and have been on the go non-stop. From visiting family to wrapping gifts and everything in between the past few days have been go-go-go. But I love being home, the air is crisp and clear, people say hi and smile at you when you walk past them and the snow waits a little bit longer before it turns into slush. Yesterday my sisters and I spent the afternoon making homemade spaghetti sauce for my grandparents and are bringing it to them today and going for a visit. I find the smallest things make the biggest of difference around the holidays and I’m happy to be giving a little something to them as they have given so much to me over the years. Have a great weekend everyone!
{I loved the “Hold” tags for Christmas tree’s at the market-Also John picked a great tree!}
{The sign for the Churros was just as sweet as the actual snack.}
{My mom made her molasses cookies and it took me right back to my childhood.}
{My aunt sent me the cutest Christmas card from Calgary. She said it reminded her of me. I don’t see the resemblance 🙂 }
{Another cute way to wrap presents, personalize them with initial ornaments. }
{The Charlie Brown tree my sisters and their friend decorated.}
