Happy Friday friends! Was it just me or did this week fly by? It probably had something to do with the fact that I was either in bed or exhausted by 8pm every night this week…daylight savings has really kicked me in the butt! I’m trying my best to bring my energy back up, it becomes difficult when the sky is pitch black at 5pm and all I want to do is sink into the couch. I did start a new routine with Jamie where we’ve attempted to go on a long(ish) walk late in the afternoon each day. It’s been so nice to get out of the house for some fresh air and head clearing. The other day we walked to Rooster Coffee which is typically reserved for our weekends, but around 3:30 the sun starting setting and it was the ideal time to have a cozy drink in hand and run around with Milo. A little tidbit if anyone frequents Rooster, you must order the hot lemon-ginger seasonal drink. It is delicious and a great mood/health booster. Anyway, I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, I’m taking in a calligraphy class on Saturday and possibly heading to the states to visit a Target on Sunday. Xx
