{Obligatory fall day at the farm family photo.}
Happy Friday friends! I don’t know about you but for me this week felt like it went by slowly and yet I can’t believe today is Friday, does that even make sense!? By Wednesday, I was sure that it was Thursday and now today I’m wishing for one extra day to get some work done…oooh how funny life is. Next week, Jamie and I are taking a quick 3 day trip to Prince Edward County and we’re also planning a trip back to the East Coast for Thanksgiving weekend (my aunt is getting married!). So basically, I’ve tried to plan and execute as much work as possible without putting too much on my plate and burning myself out, which is one of the hardest things to battle when you work for yourself. However, lately, as soon as I feel like there is too much going on I shut off my computer and take a few seconds to breathe. I’m also trying to let Jamie know when I’m feeling stressed as opposed to my habit of keeping it all inside and blowing up for no reason. Does anyone else do that? Anyway! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. I’m going to be working but am also hoping to take a quick trip to Rooster Coffee for our usual weekend coffee date as well as a yoga class with my (almost) brother-in-law’s fiancé who is training to become a yoga teacher. Talk about a great way to de-stress!
