I’m embarrassed to say, but this week I seem to have exchanged the last few weeks of non-stop on the go to a week of sloth like laziness. I’m going to blame it on the weather being so miserable (it’s rained almost everyday) in turn making our home feel so dark and gloomy and my spirits feel less than bright. This weekend (weather permitting) we are going apple picking which is one of those fall traditions that will never feel old in my books. I’m going to make a list of things I want to bake (including these) ahead of time so I can spend all of Sunday evening in the kitchen. I hope you all have a great weekend, see you Monday!
