From the looks of these pictures it seems as though I have had a pretty indulgent food week. I didn’t realize it until now but from the berry and cream cheese smothered french toast I had to a spicy potato and sausage hash I am glad I had a mid-week work out with the Bench Adventure crew at Surf-Set and enjoyed a light salad last night for dinner. I hope you all have a great weekend and are able to indulge a little bit as well, see you Monday!
