If there was a word to describe this past weekend then casual would definitely be it. Aside from Saturday night where Jamie and I went for drinks with his brother and his brothers fiancé, we made it a point to stay in our comfy clothes and just spend time together. We went for a morning walk to “our spot” (Rooster Coffee) with Milo and then down to the beaches on an abnormally warm, albeit foggy winter day. I couldn’t believe that I didn’t have to wear a winter jacket so I took the opportunity to layer up in an all white look for an afternoon at the beaches. I’m never one to shy away from white in the winter and I feel like this is a good example of how texture and layers really can make a lighter look work for the winter months.
