Monochrome outfits can seem intimidating at first thought, but I think that if pulled off right, the look can come across as extremely chic and sophisticated. The key to monochrome dressing, in my opinion, is playing with textures and adding different color accessories. This outfit plays with texture in the form of this cozy knit sweater and color through the cream clutch and navy satin sandals. This outfit is ideal to wear for any event from a business meeting to dinner and of course, upcoming holiday events. Ever New has been my go-to boutique for clothes that can transition easily from event to event and season to season this year. I just love that they have so many pieces that mix and match together to create so many unique outfits. I’m obsessed with this monochrome look but I love that I can wear each of these pieces separately to create something totally new. So far, I’ve worn this sweater with a black frilly skirt and knee-high boots as well as with jeans and ballet flats for a comfy casual look. So what do you think?
