I have been completely in love with this dress after seeing it on Monika Hibbs blog last week. At first I assumed that it would be way out of my budget because it just looked so delicate and unique, but to my surprise, it was from Forever 21, and for under $25! It was sold out online, but I knew that I would probably be able to find it in Halifax, and I was right! The first chance I had to get to the mall, I scooped this dress up, and I am so happy I did! Even though it is a bit chilly, compared to this time last year, bare legs isn’t nearly as uncommon.
