I have always admired the look of a long cape or short sleeved jacket paired with a set of gloves that are so long that they reach all the way up to where they meet the sleeves. I had always thought of it as a look that was associated with pairing a beautiful ball gown underneath, only meant to be worn to a formal occasion. After purchasing this casual cape in the fall, I quickly realized that the style can look just as good in a non-formal setting. I am now fully convinced that this is going to be my go-to outfit on days that it doesn’t feel like -28.
