Culottes have without a doubt replaced last years go-to track style pant as my bottom of choice this summer.
I’ve worn some version of the culottes and crop top combination multiple times since the weather started warming up and have grown so fond of the silhouette it creates on my body. To me, this combination feels like an elevated and modern version of office wear that can easily be transitioned from day to night. These culottes in particular are from COS, which is a store I hadn’t shopped in until recently as I had found the oversized shapes and styling to be somewhat intimidating. Luckily, I was re-introduced to the brand and now appreciate that I can pair a more bolder COS piece, like these speckled denim culottes, with something more tame like a simple white crop top.
