Happy Monday friends! How was everyones weekend? We actually packed so much into this weekend I can’t believe it. We attended an event for Loblaws, went to brunch and a little holiday market, met up with my sister, spent time with friends who just had a new baby boy and then Jamies dad (aka my father in law) came over to visit last night. We did so much but we still have yet to get our Christmas tree!!! This is the latest we’ve ever been on getting our tree, but I think we’re going to go cut ours down on Wednesday or Thursday and I can’t wait to take Edwin to experience it. Though I’m sure he won’t understand too much this year it’s a tradition I’m looking forward to starting with him. Anyway, we did stop by a Christmas tree lot while we were getting groceries this weekend and though we didn’t get a tree, I did pick up a cute bundle of holly to put in a vase in our dining room. I wore this casual outfit but dressed it up with a little pearl headband and sherpa coat. I just picked up these cords from Banana Republic and they’re the first pair of jeans/pants that I love on my body since having a baby. They’re super comfy and flattering!
