Happy Monday friends, I hope you had a great weekend! It warmed up a bit here in Toronto which was a wonderful change. I took full advantage and spent as much time outdoors as possible as I have a feeling the cold weather will make its way back before spring arrives. On another note, did anyone watch the SAG awards last night? I did and really enjoyed them. There were a lot of funny moments in between heartfelt speeches. I loved when Morgan Freeman accepted his lifetime achievement award and noted that the awards statue is gender specific, It was great! Admittedly, I also LOVE seeing what the celebs are wearing and one look that really stood out to me was Saoirse Ronan’s pastel pink/purple dress. Clearly, I’m loving pastel colours this winter, as you can see from my look from the weekend, so it wasn’t a surprise to me that I fell head over heels for Saoirse’s Louis Vuitton dress. I actually don’t have much to say about this look other than it feels very Valentine’s Day appropriate. It’s all pink except for the contrast of the pale blue coat which is a new favourite from Ever New. I was going to wait to wear this coat until I shared a full Ever New look (that will be up on Thursday) but it was just too pretty not to pair with this pink ensemble. Sometimes an outfit needs a little contrast and this one definitely did.
