Summer is a time for laid back and simple dressing. Sometimes the border between laid back and just plain lazy can be hard to comprehend, so here are some tips. Firstly, a cream coloured, sleeveless top is a necessity (the colour goes with everything), especially one that has either broderie anglaise like mine, or one that is in a silk chiffon, so your body can breathe. Next, you can’t go wrong with your favorite pair of destroyed jeans. They are comfy, and will look great with anything from an ankle bootie (shown here) to a dressy flip flop (like this pair). Keep the rest simple with some loose beachy waves (tutorial here) and a bright, bold clutch.
