As much as I am happy to be back in Halifax for the next couple of weeks, being here unofficially marks what I consider to be the last weeks of summer before that “back to school” mentality kicks in.
Speaking of kicks, I am delighted to be carrying the kicked flare denim trend straight into the fall. I picked this pair of cropped kick flares up the other day at Express and have been loving pairing them with either heeled sandals or flat mules during the cooler summer evenings. Admittedly it is a bit too humid to wear denim during the day time right now but I couldn’t resist pulling out my boho bell-sleeve top and rocking a seventies inspired outfit for a relaxed weekend look.
