It was my sisters birthday a couple of weeks ago (I have twin sisters but one is all the way in Alberta) so Jamie, Edwin my mom, and I all spent the day together outside exploring. First, we took Edwin to the playground as he was pretty persistent about it, and then we made our way to Lawrencetown Beach as per my sister’s request. It was a beautiful day for the beach. Even being the end of October, the sun was shining and there was only a slight crispness to the air. There were also surfers in the water to give you an idea of just how beautiful it was. We spend about an hour walking along the beach, playing with Edwin, throwing rocks into the ocean, and taking pictures. Edwin was in no mood for standing still for photos, so I ended snapping a lot of candid ones of my family with him and only managed to get one good shot of the two of us together, haha! Oh well! My outfit was comfy and casual (just how I’ve been liking it lately). This leopard sweater in particular was such a lovely statement piece without being too loud and out of my comfort zone. It’s from PinkBlush Maternity so it obviously works very well with a bump but will also be great after.
