Ok, so I looooove the holidays and part of the fun is digging out all of the holiday boxes and opening them to be pleasantly surprised by decorations that are completely forgotten over the course of the year. Some are sentimental, from the nostalgic ornaments that were on grandma’s tree to the homemade projects that come home each year from school. Most people are also harboring the collection of weird things acquired in a moment of over-enthusiasm for the holidays (i.e. giant inflatable snowman that takes up the entire front yard- it was totally for the kids, right?)
This year, we rounded up some of our favorite festive holiday decor to style our friend Ashlee’s lovely home. She has a boutique in Glen Ellyn called Fuschia, one of the best places to shop in town (or anywhere for that matter!) Here are a few photos from the project:
