Happy Monday everyone, I hope you had a great weekend. Ours was spent being happily unproductive, except for a surprise party for Jamie’s brother on Friday night and a movie Saturday (we saw Get Out, and it was so good and creepy). I always love weekends where work takes a back seat and I can happily relax, de-stress and gear up for the week ahead. This outfit is actually one I pulled together a couple of weeks ago for a day trip around mid-town Toronto. Jamie and I spent the afternoon walking around, popping our heads into local shops, and picked up dinner for the night. This look is a little dressy for day-time but sometimes I love getting dressed up for no reason and this silk organza off the shoulder top from J.Crew was the perfect excuse to do so. I love how light it is for spring and think that this feminine piece looks great tucked into pants as seen here (I felt some serious salsa vibes in this look) or left untucked with skinny jeans and ballet flats.
