WE MADE IT!!! My last gift guide of 2019! I honestly can’t believe that Christmas is in just 5 days. Does anyone else feel like December flew by? I’m sure I say this every year but this year in particular has been absolutely chaotic. We just decorated our tree yesterday and the holiday cards that we had ready since November didn’t get mailed out until two days ago. I’ve never been this disorganized during the holidays but I’m likening it to a huge workload and a tiny human to take care of. If anything, this season had taught me to be more prepared for next year because I really want to make it my mission to make the holidays feel extra special for Edwin.
Anyway! This is a gift guide I do every year because, if you’re anything like me, than gift sets are your go-to last minute gifts. There are so many beautiful gift sets out there that it can be intimidating to find one that is juuust right. but if you have people in your life appreciate beautifully curated, well thought out gift sets with incredible product inside, then you have come to the right place my friends!
Below I’ve rounded up my top 10 beauty gift sets of 2019. All of these are products that I use and love (aside from #4 but I really want to try it). The packaging of these sets is also GORGEOUS (I can’t get over the celestial vibes from #1 which remind me of the dress I wore in Tuesdays blog post). Honestly, if the women (or men) in your life love beauty then they’ll love any one of these amazing sets.
Oscar de La Renta-Bella Rosa Holiday Gift Set*: As mentioned above, I am completely smitten with the celestial blush and gold packaging of this gift set. Aside from the beautiful box (that I’m going to keep) the set comes with a large and small Bella Rosa Eau Parfum as well as a body lotion. The scent is reflective of a garden with notes of pink pepper, freesia and mandarin followed by pink rose, Jasmin and orris. The bottom notes are patchouli, sandalwood and amber that give the fragrance a beautiful warmth.
Summer Fridays Merry & Brighter Mask Trio: I feel like by now the Summer Fridays products are cult classics. I have used and loved the Jet Lag and Overtime mask religiously for a couple of years now and love them just as much today as the day I tried them. This trio is the ultimate mask lovers dream! It comes with a larger 2.25oz Jet Leg mask and a smaller 1oz Overtime 1oz R+R mask (which I haven’t tried yet but am dying to!). I also love the fun, iridescent packaging
Lano Face Base Travel Set: Speaking of masks, one of my favourite lip care lines, Lano recently launched Face Base. The collection includes a cleanser, cream and mask and I love this little travel set because you get to try out each product. I have the set but have yet to try it out. However, I am particularly interested in the mask as I have a feeling it is similar to the Summer Fridays Jet Leg mask that I mentioned above. I can’t wait to give these products a try!
The Beauty Chef Glow Kit: In all transparency, I haven’t tried these products yet but I have heard nothing but amazing things about The Beauty Chef products. T3 Whirl Trio Complete Styling Kit: I love love love my T3 interchangeable styling wand and use it basically every day! Stila The Fourth Dimension Liquid Eyeshadow Kit: I love these eyeshadows, especially during the holidays. I find myself putting a small swipe on my lids even during the day time to add some sparkle. This kit offers all of the beautiful sparkly colour-ways and will last forever.
L’Occitane Nourishing Shea Butter Collection: In the winter I like to give my skin some extra love and one of my go-to moisturizing products is the L’Occitane Shea Butter Collection. This set comes with my tried and true Shea Ultra Rich Body and hand cream and a couple of other products that I’m excited to try like the shower cream and shea lip butter.
Glow Your Own Ouai Hair Duo: I’m obsessed with Ouai hair oils. They smell amazing and make my hair feel so soft and healthy. I also love that I only need the smallest amount so the product lasts forever. This set comes with the Ouai rose hair oil as well as a scalp and body scrub that I am very intrigued by.
RMS Luminizor Holiday Gift Set Trio: RMS is one of my go-to all naturally beauty brands and the luminizor is one of my fave products they offer. This little trio gives you the option to try all of the highlighter colours and it’s small enough to fit into a stocking too! Trust me, the beauty gal in your life will be obsessed with these beautiful highlighters!
