Sorry for the late post today friends, but hopefully, a little peek at what I wore to my bridal shower before I share my actual bridal shower next week will make up for it!I was SOOOO excited to wear this white embroidered Needle and Thread dress that I’ve had hanging in my closet for the last two months. I found it at The Bay on Queen Street in Toronto and there were only 2 sizes left when I spotted it and 1 happened to be mine! It was meant to be! As soon as I tried it on I knew that this was my perfect bridal shower dress. It’s so flattering and special and I felt so great it the entire afternoon. The shoes, are also the shoes I’d originally purchased to wear on my wedding day, but I soon realized that they might be too uncomfortable…Plus, I think I’d have towered over Jamie. I decided that they’d make the perfect addition to my bridal shower outfit and it was definitely a good call because, while they looked great, by the end of my 3 hour shower my feet were KILLING ME, haha! I added a casual clutch to the outfit…I’m still undecided as to whether or not it matched, but I didn’t have anything else with me in Halifax so I think it worked just fine. Finally, my makeup was done by the lovely Allison Kirby, who will also be doing all of the makeup for our wedding. This is actually the exact makeup look I’m going to be wearing on the big day so I hope you like it…I really do! I had the most wonderful, special, love-filled time at my bridal shower and I can’t wait to share more about it next week.
