Last weekend Jamie and I took a little afternoon trip to the ROM to check out the museum’s newest exhibit, Tattoos. I’m pretty open minded when it comes to body art and body modification so learning about the history of tattooing from a cultural perspective to a modern day society was quite fascinating to me. I have 3 tattoos (2 of them I want to remove) and one that I love so much it makes up for the first 2 mistakes, haha! Jamie also has two relatively big tattoos on each of his forearms that coincide with one another. We are clearly a couple who like tattoos, but I was definitely feeling like the odd one out at the museum, as it seemed the majority of people at the exhibit knew a whole lot about the art and history behind tattooing. I mentioned last week that Jamie and I take the weekends to spend quality time together, so when that quality time crosses over into an informative day date I am totally okay with it. Plus, I was really feeling my outfit on Saturday so of course we snapped a few photos.
